Measure the Invisible. Understand the System. Innovexis provides nanobubble characterisation and analysis using advanced imaging, image processing and experimental techniques. We measure nanobubble size, concentration, size distribution and behaviour to generate quantitative data for research, technology development and process optimisation.

Microbubble Technology
Engineering Bubbles for Better Performance. Innovexis develops and evaluates microbubble technology, microbubble generators and gas-liquid systems using fluid mechanics, experimental testing, imaging and CFD. We analyse bubble size, distribution, dispersion and flow behaviour to support system design and optimisation.

02 OUR STORY
From a lab bench in Teesside to engineering the invisible.
Some problems are too small to see and too important to ignore.
It started with a question nobody in the industry had properly answered: why do some separators lose efficiency while others don't, and what's actually happening at the droplet level to cause it. That question became years of research, hundreds of hours watching bubbles form and collapse under a microscope, and a growing conviction that most engineering firms were guessing at answers that could actually be measured. Innovexis was founded on a simple belief, that the smallest details in a fluid system are often the ones deciding whether the whole thing works. We build our engineering on what we can prove, not what we can promise, and we've spent a career learning to see the parts of a system everyone else overlooks.
